Madness Regent is about a guy somewhere in Nevarda and somewhere there, there is a mad scientist that has created a race of monsters that need to be destroyed. You have taken it upon yourself to wipe out this mass of monsters and badies before they cause too much damage to the rest of the world! Do you think you have what it takes to survive and kick some monster ass?!?!
